My Story Hotel Ouro

It was definitely 3 stars for me: staff and location were great.

Had perfect stay for 3 nights, the staff were knowledgeable, location was perfect and close to metro stations. All in all everything was perfect, but we had very small bathroom.

Totally really comfortable stay for 3 nights. I liked the room with good beds, my bed was exceptionally comfortable;))

I loved the hotel, it was beautiful, overall clean and met my requirements. Competent personnel was from a different shift.

The hotel of choice in Lisbon. Location: the venue was close to shops and Commercial square as well as Santa Justa lift. It was also walking distance to an iron elevator.

Beautiful location and staff, I loved this sensational hotel. Yogurt, slices of fresh bread, pastries and cakes at breakfast. Room was big and with good beds. Pool was lovely, comfortable to sit around. Perfectly based in shopping area.

Quick check-in, perfect staff, absolutely gorgeous room. The place was easy walk to the heart of Lisbon. Room was great value. I had a very tasty breakfast and loved cakes, bread, yogurt and pastries.

Well presented rooms and a gorgeous breakfast, relaxing base for visiting Lisbon. The hotel was clean and the location was brilliant. It was a superb stay, you could leave a car nearby.

Comfy location and elegant atmosphere. Rooms were a nice size and a nice size with nice beds. The restaurant was good, it had special meals. Hotel was reasonably clean and the service was outstanding.

Simple property, fairly clean, nice service and fantastic value. I had attractive guest room with a balcony and comfy bed and tasteful design. Staff were especially helpful and cheerful made my stay fabulous! There also was secure parking and great pool.

Facilities were basic, yet Wi-Fi was terrible.

It was surely a very comfortable stay. I slept so comfy in the lovely bed. Spotless place and perfect service. Well, free wifi was available throughout the property. Fab central location, Humberto Delgado airport was 0.5 miles away.

Very stylish place to stay, fairly clean, would recommend. Staff were relatively quiet; breakfast was varied, and location was ideal. Room was newly decorated, very adequate, bed was super. They made my stay awesome.

An ELEGANT hotel in Lisbon. Brand new restaurants not far from the venue. Really loved that its rooms had flat-screen television, a safe and a work desk.

The street outside is quite noisy.

The property is spotless, has FANTASTIC staff and amenities. It's minutes from nova wine bar, good for a little drink.

Free WiFi was a welcome feature...
